Litify’s Customer Success Team consists of folks with a diverse set of talents, perspectives, and expertise — and we want you to meet them! Next up, we’re excited to introduce you to Jessie Quinlan:
Hi all! I’m Jessie, and I’ve been working at Litify as a Customer Success Manager since April 2022. I started my career working with nonprofits, where I found the Salesforce ecosystem, before moving into the software world with Litify. At Litify, I’m a member of our Mid-Market team, focused on partnering with all our “mid-size” clients.
My favorite part of customer success is building relationships with each customer, getting to know what they need, and figuring out how I can help. I love to solve puzzles, and complex customer questions often feel like that. The best ones often start with something like, “There has to be a way…” — and there usually is! When I can work with an admin to break a project down into its pieces and find the Litify pieces that pop into the right spots, we get to solve the puzzle together and make work easier for their users.
A little bit of everything! I like for my customers to know they can come to me with any question, which means every day looks a bit different. I meet with my customers regularly to keep them up-to-date with Litify news and product updates and to talk about their goals and current projects. I help troubleshoot, provide best practices, and work with our other teams at Litify to get answers and solutions. I like to tell my clients that I’m their front door to Litify — if I don’t have what they need, I’ll find the person who does!
I recently worked with an admin to host a firm-wide training session on using Litify Email & Calendar Sync. For many firms, big technology changes like this can sometimes be overwhelming for the admin team and their users, causing the team to be unengaged with the tool or leading to confusion and lots of questions. More than 50 users attended our training and were engaged and asked great questions throughout the session. This group training provided an opportunity for everyone to learn from each other, helped everyone feel supported, and saved the admin from the flood of individual questions they normally receive.
Now that users are looking forward to this feature and improved experience, they’re excited about the transition. When everyone sees how their daily work will benefit from a new tool, change management is easier, and these transitions are smoother. This admin feels much more relaxed and prepared, and the rest of the firm is eager to start using this feature — that’s a big win!
I’m looking forward to continuing to build relationships with my customers and helping them solve problems to improve their work with Litify.
