Our Product & Engineering teams have been busy in Q3! We’re excited to share our latest product updates, including new features and functionality designed to boost productivity and streamline your workflows. Here’s what’s new this quarter, plus a sneak peek at what’s coming next.

Simplified and intuitive document management

We have a lot of new and exciting features to share within our document management suite. Here are the highlights:

• Search and Navigation: We’ve overhauled our search and navigation experience, making finding what you need faster and easier than ever.
• Document Tagging: Organize your documents effortlessly by applying one or multiple tags to documents and then quickly review or report on documents by Tag, on a single matter, or organization-wide.
• Live Edit: Collaborate on and edit documents in real-time individually or with multiple team members and external stakeholders. See and track changes instantly — and know that every change is auto-saved in the latest version of the file across your business.
• Infinite Scroll: We’ve eliminated the need to navigate between pages of files, making it faster to review and find the right files without any page clicks.

A new Questionnaires builder!

Currently in Beta, we have transformed the setup experience for Questionnaires! The new builder is faster, easier to navigate, and packed with features — like drag-and-drop reordering of questions, easy editing within the builder, and more. You can now seamlessly edit existing questionnaires or build new ones.

A more integrated email and calendar experience

Calendar events that are created by external organizers will now automatically sync to Litify. You no longer need to manually update your calendar to include these external events. In addition, you can now easily create tasks from the email and calendar add-in without needing to toggle into Litify.

At Litify, we’re committed to delivering an innovative and best-in-class platform that helps legal teams unlock their best performance.
