Our latest product enhancements are here! We’ve been focused on developing fresh capabilities that will help your teams streamline document management, improve efficiency, and enhance their day-to-day workflows. Here’s what’s new this quarter, plus a sneak peak at what’s coming next.
Our revamped PDF editor provides even more control over your documents by enabling you to edit PDFs directly in the Litify platform. The highlights include:
Our new, user-friendly questionnaires automatically jump to the next relevant question based on the information your clients share. This creates a smoother, faster intake process for both your clients and case managers.
You can now track and monitor the utilization of Litify AI on a per-use basis, giving you deeper insights into how AI is being used across your individual clients and matters.
Our AI data entry tool extracts insights from your documents and automatically maps key information to new or existing records while auto-categorizing the document within the Litify platform. You can also easily review the document for accuracy in a new side-by-side panel. New document types, including insurance declarations and insurance cards, are now supported — with many more documents to come in 2025.
When scrolling through your documents, you can now see the date and time for email messages in the preview panel. We also added the ability to preview your documents right from the activity timeline so you can easily access and view those files without leaving the page.
For billing teams, we’ve added the ability to save, reuse, and share complex filter configurations in the mass bill generation screen. This makes the billing process more consistent and reduces repetitive tasks, helping your team stay efficient.
