Meet the Litify Customer Success Team: Gabe Sprinkle

About Gabe

Hey everyone! My name is Gabe Sprinkle, and I began working at Litify in January of 2021 as a Customer Success Manager. Since then, I’ve moved into a leadership role where I’m now managing a team of customer success managers focused on our largest enterprise clients. Before Litify, I started my career in tech as an implementation consultant for a SaaS company and then moved into financial consulting. After many years in the finance industry consulting for Ernst & Young, I decided I wanted to get back into the tech space where I could be more client-facing and have the opportunity to learn and work within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Why he loves being part of the Litify Customer Success Team

There are so many things that I love about being in customer success, but what motivates me the most is knowing that I get to build strong relationships with my clients. There’s so much more to being in customer success than just solving a client’s problems. It’s also about becoming an extension of our clients’ teams and helping them grow as a business. Being in Customer Success gives me the opportunity to learn something new every day, whether it’s how different practice areas of law function, new cutting-edge technology in the industry, or skilling up on the Salesforce platform.

A recent win for Gabe’s team

Managing my team has been an extremely rewarding experience. While it may be challenging or quite busy at times, hearing the positive views our customers share about our product and team of Customer Success Managers makes it all worth it! It makes me so happy when our clients tell me how much they love their CSM. Recently, I had a customer tell me they could “cry from happiness” due to all the work their CSM had done for them. Another customer said, “Thank you for delivering on the promises you made, and for always being such a great partner when we need an answer.”

I’ve witnessed so many client wins since I began managing this team that I can’t include them all, but here are a few highlights:

  • A client reduced their average time on desk from 142 days in 2021 to 42 days in 2023.
  • A client recently told us, “We wouldn’t be where we are today if we hadn’t made the choice to go with Litify.”
  • A client increased their average attorney fee by 30% since moving to Litify.
  • A client gained efficiency from integrating Litify with Accounting Seed and was able to repurpose two full-time employees to more-impactful work.
