Meet them below:

Curtis Brewer, Chief Executive Officer

Curtis brings deep expertise in scaling and operating software business and has an impressive track record in delivering a platform approach to fragmented industries. Prior to joining Litify, he served as CEO of Davisware, a leading ERP software company for commercial field service providers. He also previously worked on the executive team for TravelClick, leading the reinvention of their hospitality Central Reservations and CRM divisions. From these experiences, Curtis brings a needed perspective to legal as the industry continues to move toward platformization, interoperability, and cloud-based digital transformation.

Lauren Rothrock, Chief Product Officer (CPO)

As Chief Product Officer, Lauren leads the product vision for Litify, driving innovation and continuing our work to provide a personalized work experience for every case, matter, and role within a legal team — all on one platform. Most recently, Lauren served as Vice President at Insight Partners, a leading global venture capital firm, where she partnered with founders and investors to launch proprietary platforms and programs to accelerate portfolio company growth. Prior to that, she worked at TravelClick where her work included applying machine learning best practices to provide personalized recommendations to prospective guests via their CRM platform. 

“As I dive into my new role as Chief Product Officer at Litify, I look forward to not only leading the Product teams but also collaborating across the company to ensure we deliver a winning experience and platform for our clients. I’ve met with many of our customers to start understanding their businesses and needs. My aim is to partner with them to solve pain points and tackle opportunities with our comprehensive platform,” said Lauren Rothrock.

Brian Feinstein, Chairman of the Litify Board of Directors

Earlier this year, Bessemer invested in Litify as the platform transforming legal business operations. As part of the investment, Bessemer Partner Brian Feinstein joined our team as Chairman of our Board of Directors, bringing 15 years of business and vertical software expertise to our strategies and operations. Supporting Curtis, Lauren, and the rest of our executive team is one of the country’s most sophisticated investors with decades of experience in scaling software companies and history in the legal technology space.
