The legal technology company lands in the top one-third of America’s fastest-growing private companies, with three-year revenue growth surpassing 300%.

NEW YORK, NY — August 13, 2024 — Inc. revealed today that Litify, the all-in-one platform powering legal’s top performers, ranked on its annual Inc. 5000 list, landing in the top one-third of companies. This is the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies and marks the first time the legal technology company has appeared on the list.

“Being recognized as one of the most successful companies in the US is certainly an honor, and it’s equally exciting to see our clients’ successes highlighted on this year’s list. I’m proud of the team we’ve built here at Litify and of the results we deliver in partnership with our clients every single day. This recognition is a testament to delivering real value for our clients, and our growth wouldn’t be possible without their innovation and partnership,” said Litify CEO Curtis Brewer.

Litify was additionally honored as the 198th fastest-growing private software company nationally and the 134th fastest-growing private company in the state of New York.

“One of the greatest joys of my job is going through the Inc. 5000 list,” says Mike Hofman, who recently joined Inc. as editor-in-chief. “To see all of the intriguing and surprising ways that companies are transforming sectors, from health care and AI to apparel and pet food, is fascinating for me as a journalist and storyteller. Congratulations to this year’s honorees, as well, for growing their businesses fast despite the economic disruption we all faced over the past three years, from supply chain woes to inflation to changes in the workforce.”

Litify has experienced tremendous growth in recent years. Most recently, the company announced the availability of Litify AI and a roadmap of forthcoming AI-powered capabilities. The launch followed an announcement that the company is collaborating with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Anthropic to deliver those AI capabilities responsibly

After record-breaking business performance in Q2 2023, Litify appointed Curtis Brewer as Chief Executive Officer in August 2023 and Lauren Rothrock as Chief Product Officer in December 2023. Earlier, in February 2023, the company announced new investment from Bessemer Venture Partners, bolstering its market position as the all-in-one platform powering the legal industry’s top performers.

Recipients were ranked based on their percentage of revenue growth from 2020 to 2023. Notable companies, including Microsoft, Meta, and Oracle, have all been previously recognized on the Inc. 5000 list.
